Confidential contact person

Who are we?

A Confidential Contact Person (VCP) functions as the first point of contact for signals and/or complaints in the area of undesirable behavior (sexual intimidation, aggression, violence, bullying and discrimination). You can talk to these people to tell your story confidentially. In this conversation, this VCP will outline options and then refer you where necessary.

First reception

A VCP is a point of contact within the association. Here you can discuss your problems so that you are not left to deal with them alone.

Prevention activities

A VCP can provide (un)solicited advice and information to the board with which targeted policy can be developed. Your story will never end up with a third person without your permission, including the board.

Hi, I'm Sophie, also called Leef :) I am 21 years old and have been living in a nice student house in Eindhoven for 3 years now! I play hockey at the Scorepies and I am also one of Don Quishoot's confidants. I think it is very important that everyone enjoys joining the association and that it is a place for everyone where you feel safe and can have a good time! If something is wrong, you can always contact me or send me a message, go for a walk or have a cup of coffee, so that I can lend a listening ear.

I completed the VCP course via the LKvK and the CCP course from TU/e. There is also a course coming up where I will specialize in sports cases!

My name is Moby (Esmee) and I have been playing hockey at De Hotshots for 3 seasons now. In addition to hockey, I study Applied Psychology. I have been a Confidential Contact Person (VCP) within the association for a year now. Together with the social safety group, I hope to be able to achieve great things this year to help the association further in this area. In addition, I like to be there for all members socially and I am happy to help them if I can do anything for them. Because of my study background, I think I can make a good contribution to this. If there is ever anything you would like to discuss or a situation you are not comfortable with, you can always contact us.

I am Aukje, 22 years old, and a third year at Stick d'r in. I study in Eindhoven and can therefore regularly be found on the fields of Don Quishoot. I became a confidential contact person because during my year as captain I noticed that I like to provide a listening ear. As a VCP, I will talk to you and refer you further if necessary. If you would like to share something with me in confidence, you can reach me via my email address or - even better - via an app, but you can always contact me if you see me somewhere. Then I make sure we meet up sometime to sit together or go for a walk.

I am Jesper, 24 years old, and now a 4th year member of the Flatsmeisters. I have been living and studying in Eindhoven for 7 years now. I have always been very active in student life and therefore think it is important that everyone has a pleasant student time. If you ever want to talk about something, you can always contact me, send a message or an email. Then we can agree to sit down together so that you can tell your story and I can refer you to the right person if necessary.
