E.S.H.V. Don Quishoot
Don Quishoot is the student hockey club of Eindhoven with a huge diversity of hockey possibilities. From competitive to recreational and everything in between, always with the right amount of fun.
We have two hockey fields, one water field and one semi-water field. The fields and our pavilion are located on the campus of the TU/e in the heart of Eindhoven! At the moment Don Quishoot has seven men's teams, ten women's teams and a training team.
Our teams provide the atmosphere at the club. Each team organizes its own team Sunday, so every Sunday there is a unique party at the club. The food is also arranged by the organizing team so you never have to go home early!

Where can we be found during the introduction week?
Are you participating in the introduction week of the Technical University of Eindhoven this year and would you like to come and take a look at us? Then we have listed where you can find us! In addition, we are always easy to recognize by our striking red shirts.
MONDAY
19 augustus
Limbopad
On Monday we will also be there among all the other associations along the Limbopad to welcome you. You can find us in the bend opposite the pond.
Opening party
Although we were early on the Limbopad this morning, this does not stop us from celebrating in the evening. So we will definitely be at the opening party!
TUESDAY
20 augustus
Campus Market
On Tuesdays we can be found during the Campus Market on the field behind the Auditorium among the other sports clubs. Come and have a look if you like hockey or just want to take a ride on the rodeo bull.
La Route
Tuesday night you can find us in our local pub: café La Route! Come and meet the most friendly bar owner in Stratumseind while singing along to your favorite songs.
WEDNESDAY

La Route
Unfortunately, we are not in the official program on Wednesday, but if you would like to come by, you are more than welcome to have a drink at café La Route on Stratumseind. We will be there all day.
THURSDAY

Workshops
With Don Quishoot we organize two fun workshops on the hockey fields on this Thursday morning! Of course you can come and play hockey with us, it doesn't matter whether you are experienced or not. Our members are happy to help you out. We also have a workshop to help you with your hangover. What's better than a fun lesson in baking French toast.
WordLid! Party
Together with other fun sports and student associations we organize the WordLid! Party. You can find us en masse here and we are also easily recognizable in the red shirts. So be sure to stop by!
What does Don Quishoot have to offer besides hockey?
Besides a lot of fun, Don Quishoot has much more to offer! Almost every Sunday there is a party at the club organized by a team where you can eat with your team. There are many more annual activities such as a winter sports trip, sailing trip and tournaments! There are also plenty of opportunities to develop yourself within the association. There are 21 committees and there is the opportunity to do a board year.
Can I also come and play hockey without having any experience?
We offer a special beginners training for new players. Here you get the chance to train together with other beginning hockey players. Even if you are not familiar with the basic techniques, you are more than welcome to join one of our teams at Don Quishoot. We believe that everyone can contribute something valuable, regardless of their experience with hockey. So, whether you have experience or not, you are more than welcome to join our various teams!
What does a hockey Sunday look like?
Of course, the day starts with your team and you play your own match. After this, it is time for the third half, where you can watch the other hockey matches with a beer in your hand. When all matches have been played, you will enjoy a nice meal with your team and a good party in the clubhouse, where we will end in the city at our local pub La Route.

Don Quishoot's open training, the ideal opportunity for new students to get to know our sporty and friendly atmosphere! During this open training you will have the chance to train with all the teams. All the teams will be on the field. You will go to each team in groups to play hockey with them for a short while. This gives you the opportunity to experience different playing styles but also different types of fun. We understand that it is important to enjoy what you do, that is why we encourage you to be open and explore. If during a certain session you notice that it is not really your thing, don't worry! There is no obligation to join a specific team. We also provide delicious food beforehand for a reasonable price. To end the training, we offer you the opportunity to relax with a refreshing beer or a soft drink. So are you ready to take on the new challenge, meet great people and have a great student time?
